A “Hamamatsu Cup Festa Samba 2018”, objetiva realçar a característica de possuir o maior número de residentes brasileiros no Japão e, fortalecer o intercâmbio entre japoneses e estrangeiros; para consubstanciar Hamamatsu –Cidade Intercultural.
The Hamamatsu Cup, Festa Samba 2018, uses Hamamatsu’s unique nature as the city with the most Brazilian residents in Japan to promote Hamamatsu as an Intercultural City throughout the country and to increase the exchange between Japanese and foreign national residents.
全国最多のブラジル人が居住する浜松市の特徴を活かし、浜松カップ「フェスタ・サンバ２０１８」を開催、「多文化共生都市・浜松」を全国に発信するとともに、日本人市民と外国人市民の交流促進を推進します。
